Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that supplies results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our servers. If you send us a message, we receive the details you elect to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the site and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to operate and improve pages, diagnose faults, and measure traffic. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links lead to government portals, Georgia and DeKalb County offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information entered after following a link is controlled by that destination's privacy policy, not ours. This also applies to sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Parties That May Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatically collected data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
Safeguarding Visitor Data
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only as long as the uses stated above require. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or user profile for an attacker to obtain.
Visitors Under Age 18
This resource is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 submitted such data, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may give you rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The research used for this build did not identify a comprehensive Georgia consumer-privacy statute, so no unsupported state citation is supplied here. Because we retain little data, a request usually involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records maintained by DeKalb County or Georgia offices remain outside our control; correction or removal requests must go to the relevant custodian.
Policy Changes
Any revised policy will appear on this page. Using the site after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the new terms.
